1. After clicking Upload on the upper left-hand corner, you will be met with a pop-up that will allow you to upload a new sample for analysis.
2. On the very top of the pop-up, you will be prompted to locate your fastq files and select a name for your sample.
3. As a reminder, you will need to upload both forward and reverse fastq files for your sample.
4. After uploading your fastq files for your sample, you will need to select metadata for all samples such as the platform the samples were sequenced on, the data type, the reference genome for your sample as well as the pipeline to analyze your data.
